{"id":741,"date":"2009-10-07T16:42:24","date_gmt":"2009-10-07T15:42:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hang-out.co.uk\/?p=741"},"modified":"2009-10-07T16:48:02","modified_gmt":"2009-10-07T15:48:02","slug":"restaurant-recommendations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hang-out.co.uk\/index.php\/dining\/restaurant-recommendations","title":{"rendered":"Restaurant Recommendations"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I wanted to give a shout-out to a couple of great restaurants that we discovered on our recent trip to France.<\/p>\n\n<p>The first is the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guidegantie.com\/fr\/restaurants\/detail.php?id=1471&#038;keyword=&#038;ville=Bandol&#038;dep=&#038;tri=1\">KV&amp;B<\/a>, in Bandol, on the south coast between Marseille and Toulon. It&#8217;s on a small street, just back from the seafront, so you probably wouldn&#8217;t find it unless you knew where to look. The menu is small, but perfectly formed, and is a great improvement on some of the pizza joints in the area. The bill was in the order of \u20ac30 a head without wine. They must be doing well, they&#8217;ve got another restaurant in the same street.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>The second one is a lovely bistro in Paris. It&#8217;s called the <a href=\"http:\/\/restaurant-perraudin.com\/\">Restaurant Perraudin<\/a> and it&#8217;s on Rue Saint Jacques in the heart of Paris near the Boulevard Saint-Germain. I had a delicious entroc\u00f4te steak and frites.
