Chris and Karen’s wedding will take place on Saturday 27 February 2010 at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5ED. The ceremony will start at 5:00 p.m. so we’re asking guests to arrive between 4:15 and 4:30 p.m. for a glass of champagne before kick-off.

After the ceremony there will be drinks and photographs followed by dinner and dancing. We need to wind up at 12:30 a.m.

Black tie for men, glamorous for women (lots of ladies are wearing long)!

As you can see on the map, 116 Pall Mall is a few hundred yards south of Picadilly Circus. If you click on the red pin then Get Directions you can enter your post code and get driving directions. If you get lost the telephone number is 020 7451 9191.

There is an NCP Car Park in Brewer Street, just down the road:

The closest Tube station is Picadilly Circus (5 minute walk) followed by Embankment, Leicester Square, Charing Cross and Green Park which are all less than a 10 minute walk.

The closest main-line railway station is Charing Cross.

Please do not buy us wedding presents. We have set up two pages on where you can, if you wish, donate to either or both of our favourite charities.

The charities are:

The Eve Appeal:

funding vital research focused on developing effective methods of prediction, detection, treatment and care that will help save women’s lives not only in the UK but throughout the world.

The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund:

the RAF’s leading welfare charity providing practical, financial and – in some cases – emotional support to all members of the RAF family, from childhood through to old age. We help with issues from childcare and relationship difficulties to injury and disability, and from financial hardship and debt to illness and bereavement.
