to be the highest buildings in the world,
counting the TV mast on top, at 452 m

 

 

 

 

The telecom tower was the previous "king of the hill" before the twin towers were built. It still is the only one with public access. There is a restaurant on top of it. It revolves to allow panoramic sight-seeing.
